| Preparing the Offer to Purchase. . .
You've found your Dream Home, NOW WHAT! Once you've found the home,
We will then research the market and prepare a Competitive
Market Analysis for you. Together, we'll study "similar homes"
that have recently sold to help you determine the fair market value for
the home. If there are major repairs that need to be considered, we might decide
to go through the home again, this time with a contractor to obtain cost
estimates for those repairs. We will council you about such things as inspections, environmental concerns and contingency clauses.

Getting to the Settlement Table
and Moving Day. . .While you're busy working and taking care of the
packing, We will be managing all the details - monitoring the loan process,
meeting the appraiser at the property, contacting inspectors for any inspections
you requested, and making sure that everything is taken care of by the dates
specified on your sales contract.
