| These restrictions are a "representative" of this neighborhood. Please understand there may be some differences for each phase of the neighborhood. | ||

1. Only a dwelling house with attached garage shall be used or erected upon the within described premises; and no house trailer, mobile home, or other similar type of construction suitable for living quarters shall be maintained, placed upon or constructed upon the premises herein conveyed. 2. No animals except the usual household pets, and no poultry or livestock shall be kept or maintained upon said premises. 3. No dwelling house shall be erected on said premises which shall have a value less that $22,000, exclusive of land value, when completed. 4. No dwelling house, family garage, or other structure of any kind shall be erected within thirty (30) feet of any street on which said premises abut, or within five (5) feet of any other boundary line said premises, except that where a person is the owner of a plot of two or more contiguous lot shall be conveyed which shall be closer than five (5) feet from any dwelling house, family garage, or other structure of any kind erected on this plot or partly on this plot and partly on a contiguous plot. 5. From and after the time that a dwelling house erected upon said premises shall be ready for occupancy, an incandescent light of not less that (100) watts placed not more than (20) feet from the street on which said premises abut shall be used to illuminate the front of said premises during the hours from dusk to dawn every day. 6. Other than is hereby expressly provided, no portion of the within described premises shall be converted to or used for public purposes and, except for the use solely by and for the grantees herein, their heirs and assigns, no easements or rights-of-way shall be permitted, granted or conveyed.
